Stress is one of the most common concerns presented in clinical practice across all age groups. This interactive continuing education workshop is designed to provide clinicians with practical, evidence-informed strategies for assessing stress and developing individualized Stress Management Plans in collaboration with clients. Learn how to define Stress, how it impacts the body and mind. Participants will learn practical and effective skills to teach clients and assist clients in creating their own Stress Management Plan. Participants will explore the physiological, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral effects of stress on both adults and youth while learning interventions that can be immediately integrated into clinical practice.
