About this course
Counselors often encounter clients who feel unseen, misunderstood, or stuck in repetitive communication patterns. This CE training explores temperament theory through a clinical lens and teaches clinicians how to identify temperament-based communication differences that influence identity, conflict, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
Using principles from I Said This, You Heard That, participants will learn temperament-informed communication strategies that promote stronger relationships, increase client insight, and foster healthier interpersonal dynamics.
This training integrates psychoeducation, case examples, and interactive exercises to help clinicians enhance therapeutic rapport, improve case conceptualization, and strengthen interventions across diverse client presentations.
