About this course

Many helping professionals move from session to session without pausing to assess their own internal state. While holding space for others — alongside the daily demands of life — an unseen buildup begins to form. Thoughts, emotions, stress, residual conversations, personal concerns, and environmental pressures. Some acknowledged. Much of it not.

Over time, this accumulation can subtly influence presence, clarity, and effectiveness.

Beyond supervision and traditional self-care, clinicians require intentional opportunities to clear what they are carrying. Ethical and sustainable practice depends on internal congruence.

Write to Heal™ Level I is an introductory, experiential, facilitated writing process designed to help professionals recognize, access, and release accumulated internal clutter.

Drawing from over 26 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, Dr. Michael facilitates this live, synchronous training, guiding participants through a structured yet deeply personal process of embodied self-alignment.

Through guided writing, structured reflection, and intentional release, participants will interrupt emotional looping, restore clarity, and return to their work grounded, present, and congruent.

Write to Heal™ positions clinician wellness not as optional self-care, but as foundational to ethical and sustainable helping work

Participants will earn 4 CEU’S and will receive the ZOOM Link after they have registered for the course. Please provide shipping address so workshop materials can be shipped to you.
